Currently payment options are credit cards and PayPal which you can select at checkout.
Shipping Cost
There are no shipping cost however depending on your country there may be custom duties which at this time range from $100 or more depending on the country and doll. The customer is responsible for this fee. Please ask for further information for your country.
Production and Shipping time
Most brands have similar production and shipping times. Most production times without any customizations is anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks and the shipping time is about 2 to 3 weeks for orders in the United States. Depending on the brand, material, in stock or custom doll you can have your doll as soon as 2 weeks or as long as 6 weeks. Adding customizations to the doll will increase production time by a few days depending on brand and feature. Please also keep in mind of holidays the sending and receiving countries of the order as holidays will add further delay and factories shut down on some of these holidays.
Shipping Locations
Please be aware that some countries do not allow importation of dolls. It is the customers responsibility to know the laws of their country and state. Most manufactures recommend a doll 148cm or taller for Australia and New Zealand. No dolls can be shipped to Islamic countries in the Middle East and India, Dubai and UAE are an exception. ***Before ordering please ask if a doll can be shipped to you.***
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of these products returns are not accepted if used. In the event the package arrives damaged I will do my best to find a resolution to the problem. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. With that said I ask that you do the following for a packaged that arrived damaged:
1 – Refunds might be eligible only within 24 hours of arrival but DO NOT OPEN the package which is the most important part.
2- A timestamped video must be taken of the unopened package along with 6 clear photos of each side of the package.
3- Please wait 2-3 business days for further instruction.
Cancelations
Please ask your question prior to ordering, it is part of why I’m here and started this business plus it helps us both! If you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours there will be a 10% charge of the cost doll, 20% after 24 hours. If you choose to have a custom doll made, please take the extra time to think of what you want as custom dolls CAN NOT be canceled or refunded once production has begun. In stock dolls once ordered and shipped cannot be canceled.
